Travelucion, is a wholly owned subsidiary of RevoluGROUP (TSX-V: REVO) and a cash flow positive online travel and digital media marketing company that specializes in travel marketing, electronic reservations and online booking solutions for international travelers. Travelucion is the sole partner supplier to the Canadian based wholly owned corporate subsidiary RevoluVIP Travel Club, which offers three tiers of annual VIP membership of: Diamond, Gold, Silver and, a Free Trial Membership saving users up to 5% on travel markups. Diamond members obtain a very simple: zero markup, zero sales tax benefit which can save as much as 60% on certain travel services sold by major famous OTA operators.

Travelucion Media generates its revenue through two sources. 1. Annual Travel Club membership dues. 2. Direct on-line sales (with scaled markups) to members of Gold, Silver or Free memberships, all of which include the industry standard but, prorated, markups. All 613 e-commerce sites are either owned or exclusively leased by the company. Travel services are amply available across the same GDS platforms used by the world’s largest OTA’s (Online Travel Agents) and, through select major wholesale agents such as Amadeus. Flights are sold through the IATA accreditation. Travelucion’s proprietary online booking systems have been developed to poll prices from each source to determine the lowest price and best travel options for customers. This is a competitive advantage unique to the RevoluVIP platform which provides the company’s customers the ability to indulge in high end hotel and spa accommodations or create unique travel packages with exclusive B&B Villa rentals, transfer and car rental services for markedly less than any competitor, with Diamond members obtaining close to net wholesale rates.
