Gavin M. McMillan is a Marketing and Growth Management Executive with a remarkable track record of success in expanding global market growth and positioning brands across multiple countries and six continents. With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, FinTech, and information and communications technology (ICT) sectors, Gavin has played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading teams of up to 100+ highly trained professionals, developing patents that define modern communications solutions and working with government and enterprises globally, to create meaningful telecommunications strategies.

In addition to his executive roles, Gavin has provided independent management consulting for sales and marketing funnel management, business development, and investment fundraising for public and private ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and license/permit acquisitions. Through his consulting practice, Mr. McMillan has assisted in launching new companies and in developing several funds within the cruise, telecommunications, and media/Entertainment industries that collectively raised $120MM.

Simon Tso

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Tso is the principal of Athena Chartered Professional Accountant Ltd., a full-cycle accounting firm that assists both private and public companies with their financial reporting, regulatory filing and taxation requirements, commonly as their controller or CFO. Mr. Tso is also a co-founder of Zeus Capital Ltd., a boutique corporate finance firm that specializes in providing financial advisory, valuation and consulting services. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Tso spent a number of years as an associate at a local corporate finance firm and as a senior accountant at a firm of chartered accountants. Mr. Tso graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (finance) degree with honours from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business, and is both a CFA charterholder and a chartered professional accountant.

Bernard Lonis

As Chairman of Vesilen Investments, Bernard Lonis has led the company to remarkable heights since its inception in 1989. With business interests spanning tourism, education, construction, and innovation, Vesilen Investments has left an indelible mark on the Canary Islands, Spain, and beyond.

Tourism: Vesilen Investments has made strategic inroads into the tourism industry by acquiring hotels under the brand “Adonis City Hotels” and through the travel agency “Booketea Holidays”. It also operates “Lonier,” a restaurant management firm.

Education: The company owns two leading institutions, ESM (European School of Management) and the "Coding Academy", shaping future leaders and developers.

Construction: LOTONIS PROMOTIONS, a Vesilen Investments company, specialises in constructing apartment complexes for lease.

Innovation: The company's subsidiary, MyFullTrip, pioneers technological products, with Plus Commerce and CanaryPay leading the loyalty programme market.

Mr. Lonis also holds significant roles as Honorary Consul for France in the Canary Islands, representative of the French Chamber of Commerce, and the President of "Zona Centro Santa Cruz". His strong African connections led to "Focus Africa", a platform assisting organisations to do business in Africa. Lonis' philanthropic works include his association with "Maman Africa", an NGO building schools and medical centres in Senegal.

Alfredo Manresa Ruiz


Alfredo Manresa Ruiz is a Spanish national and seasoned banking professional and manager. Alfredo worked for Spain’s CAM Bank (now Sabadell) between 1989 - 2012 in varied high-level positions, including branch and regional management positions in Europe and Latin America. Alfredo was the founding manager of CAM Bank in Cancun, Mexico and The Caribbean. During his tenure as Regional Bank Director in Mexico and The Caribbean, Alfredo handled 100s of millions of Euros annually in loans and investment. Alfredo’s extensive knowledge of the financial system brings an important addition to RevoluGROUP Fintech and Remittance businesses. Alfredo is fluent in Spanish and English, in addition to having an accomplished career in the corporate and private banking world. Alfredo is directly involved in the formation of the wholly owned subsidiary Revolupay Europe EDE S.L.

Francisco Jose Balboa


Francisco is a seasoned Computer Systems Engineer with a Master's in Business Management and Marketing. Mr. Moreno Balboa epitomizes contemporary Information Technology entrepreneurialism, founding Smart Leisure straight out of university, which counted among its client's illustrious companies such as Heineken, Red Bull, Pernod Ricard, and many others. Since 2017, commercial successes have continued as CEO of Madrid, Spain-based Logixs. Francisco and Logixs ascended new heights of achievement by winning the World Finance award twice in 2018 and 2020 for designing and deploying the European banking App EVO Banco. Logixs also provides key services to Price Waterhouse Coopers in the Iberian Peninsula. In 2022 and 2023, Logixs was awarded the concession to create and deploy the nationwide Cultural Voucher Program on behalf of Spain's Culture Ministry. In recent times, Logixs has provided IT services to Banco Santander, one of the world's Top 50 banks with active branches across North and South America and the European Union. Daniel (Danny) Hernandez Rodriguez


Danny is considered a key asset to the fintech division and corporate development. Co-Founder of eSignus, a company involved in next-generation cryptocurrency custody and payment solutions for Blockchains (Awarded by Ciberemprende, an incubation program from the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE)), and a banking technology expert specifically focused upon electronic banking and, front and back office security applications, Danny's prolific career allowed him to integrate banking security technology and expertise to major Spanish banks: La Caixa (Spain's 3rd largest bank) CajaCanarias, Banca Civica, Sa Nostra, CCM, Caja Murcia and Infocaja. Danny's impressive academic resume includes; Executive MBA (IE), Advanced Program in Blockchain (EOI), Executive Program in Big Data and Business Analytics (EOI), CGeiT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), UNED (Postgraduate in financial auditing), Graduate of Business Administration (Fachhochshule Kiel). Mr. Echevarria first visited South American countries in 1996 to cover the emerging biotechnology sector for America Economia, a Dow Jones business monthly magazine based in Santiago, Chile. Since then, Mr. Echevarria has written extensively for a variety of foreign companies and entrepreneurs vested in the Caribbean energy, real estate, information technology, Fintech, hospitality, agribusiness, tourism and numerous other sectors. Carlos Enrique Alonso Rodríguez

Carlos Enrique Alonso Rodríguez is a prominent economist and consultant admired for his contributions to the public and private sectors. As a partner and director at Anitya Consultores, he uses his expertise to stimulate economic development, innovation, and tourism.
